This Orders & Shipping Policy governs all purchases made through the GREG LABORATORY website (greglaboratory.com), operated by GREG LABORATORY, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order through our site, you agree to the terms described herein.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information.

In the event of a delay due to inventory shortages, system issues, or other circumstances, our customer service team will notify you directly by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order at our discretion, particularly if product information is inaccurate, suspected fraud is detected, or inventory cannot be fulfilled.

All orders within the continental United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We recommend providing an accurate and complete shipping address. GREG LABORATORY is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to incorrect address information.

Any additional fees resulting from address errors are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees that vary by destination country and product value.

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be determined by your country's customs and tax authorities. GREG LABORATORY does not collect these fees at checkout—they are assessed separately upon delivery.

Important: The declared customs value of your package will be clearly marked on the shipping label. Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are not included in our flat shipping rate.

We recommend contacting your local customs office or postal service for estimates of potential fees before completing your purchase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please monitor your tracking to anticipate delivery and any customs notifications from your local carrier or customs office.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, sizing, prices, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.

We may correct inaccuracies or update information at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order placed for a product with inaccurate information, even after the order has been submitted.

Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes for US orders. For international orders, the price shown does not include customs duties or import taxes, which are assessed separately upon delivery in the destination country.

We accept a range of secure payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment options.

GREG LABORATORY does not charge additional processing fees beyond what is shown at checkout.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

However, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact our customer service team immediately to discuss your options.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned for store credit according to our Return Policy.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@greglaboratory.com immediately with supporting images and your order number.

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be processed based on the carrier's findings.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the carrier will attempt to return it to us.

Return shipping and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by GREG LABORATORY.
