This Return Policy governs all purchases made through the GREG LABORATORY website (greglaboratory.com), operated by GREG LABORATORY, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms described herein.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Item is unworn and unused
• Item is in its original condition with no signs of wear
• Original tags are attached
• Item is in original packaging

Requests made beyond the 7-day window, or for items that are worn, damaged, or missing original tags, will not be accepted.

Returns are final after 7 days. No exceptions.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@greglaboratory.com with your order number and the reason for your return
2. Provide photos of the item and packaging if requested
3. Wait for approval from our team (typically within 1–2 business days)
4. Once approved, obtain a return shipping label from your preferred carrier
5. Ship the item back to us at your own expense using the address provided

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping to confirm delivery.

For customers within the United States:

• You must arrange and pay for return shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or your preferred carrier
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be deducted from your refund

For customers outside the United States:

• You must arrange and pay for international return shipping
• Return instructions and our mailing address will be provided via email upon approval
• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued within 10–15 business days
• All international shipping and customs fees are your responsibility

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to verify it meets return eligibility requirements.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

• Sale and discounted items
• Custom and made-to-order garments
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page prior to purchase.

Greg Laboratory does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please initiate a return for the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order separately.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@greglaboratory.com with your order number and photos.

Greg Laboratory will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
